The Curbside CoLab has two conference rooms available for meetings, casting calls, interviews, etc., as well as our multi-use variable-size stage, which can be used for corporate presentations, weddings, live broadcasts, theatrical performances, and tour-prep rehearsals for live bands and DJ's.
The conference rooms are both approximately 13' x 15', and each room includes 55" 4k presentation monitors, a large conference table, seating for up to 8 attendees, and full Wi-Fi access. We have two restrooms and a kitchen area available, with coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave all available for your use. One of our staff will be on hand the entire time you're using the space should any technical issues occur.
Cost per hour: $50, with extended use discounts available, depending on availability.

The Bertolt Brecht conference room has three windows facing the St. Anthony Parkway bridge over the BNSF Railway. If you'd like to have a little daylight, this is the room you'd want to ask for.
The Peter Brooks conference room has double glass doors, feels a little larger due to its layout, and has one high-window for daylight. It's also slightly more configurable as the room's conference table is more easily moved than the one in the Bertolt Brecht conference room.
